retrieval. Our reports are complete with digital pictures of the property inspected and references to any major problems we encounter.
Our non-intrusive inspection will take 2-3 hours to complete and includes the major component areas of the home. I encourage the client to take advantage of my offer to
ride-along with me during the inspection process to be able to be able to ask questions and observe the process. Please prepare a list of concerns prior to the inspection and we will take time to address them as we flow thru the process.
Our inspections follow the "ASHI Standards of Practice" which is accepted by the New York Department of State as an acceptable inspection guideline,please ask for a copy or you may review it and print it at ASHI.ORG.
