    This inspection will be performed after the electrical ,plumbing and framing are roughed in.

  • New Construction,[Std] fees apply ,
    This inspection will be performed after the county has issued the ( CO ) certificate of occupancy permit.


  • 11 month inspection, [Std] fees apply.
    This inspection is performed before the ( builders 1 year warranty has expired ) .
    Most new home buyers will not be able to identify the defects that may exist. Also check with your builder for the deadline on turning in your report or request for warranty repairs .Some builders require this turned in during the 11th month.

  • Radon testing - Continous Monitors are used ; $140.00 w/ inspection

  • Well Inspection- pressure and cycling will be observed;$50.00 w / inspection

  • Well Water bacteria sampling w / lab test ;$120.00 w / inspection

  • Well Water Arsenic sampling w / lab test;$130.00 w / inspection

  • FHA / HUD Water test panel (bacteria / nitrites / nitrates / lead ); $185.00 w / inspection $200 w/out.

  • I can arrange your termite inspection if requested ,average price $65 to $75 .
    It will be performed by a reputable, independently licensed and insured pest company with supra key access NC & SC.

  • 16 years experience in a NC based plant ,duties included the following:
    Lead person , mechanical , electrical , maintenance and repair.

  • Completed one year of business courses at CPCC.

  • 2 years experience including: roof coverings / exterior wall claddings / hardwood flooring with a SC based construction company

  • Completed a two year apprenticeship, licensed in NC as an associate home inspector
    performing home inspections with and on behalf of a NC / SC state
    licensed home inspector.

  • 24 hours of continued education for NACHI is performed every year .

  • 12 hours of continued education for NC State is performed every year .

  • I completed over 150 hrs of class / CE training between 2005 and 2007.
